Who We Are
Together since 2013 and married since 2020, we are a loving couple hoping to connect with others and grow our family while building our community through adoption.
Our Family

Jeph is 1 of 13 kids, while Noelle is an only child

We grew up in Coon Rapids, Andover/St. Francis

We have 28 nephews and nieces - there are always kids around!

Tilly and Juniper are our 2 cats

Previously licensed foster care providers, giving us plenty of firsthand experience parenting!

Home is in northern Twin Cities suburbs, near parks and trails

Christian - we remain active in our church community and love it

All children deserve to be loved and have a supportive system around them

We believe life should be fun, and we try to keep a positive attitude in good and hard times

Our Traditions

Annual camping trip - sometimes 2 or 3 or more!

Christmas Eve - dinner, reading the Christmas Story from the Bible, and opening presents from parents and grandparents

Christmas Day - church, presents, and spending time with family

Easter spent with family enjoying a nice meal

Swimming on the 4th of July

Root Beer Floats every Labor Day, for one last taste of summer

Friday nights are for movies!
Our Passions

Music - we are almost always listening to music, including the latest radio hits, 80's rock and roll, country, and even classical!

Puzzles and reading - our home is a cozy place where we let our minds wander and explore new worlds in puzzles and books

Walks - we love taking walks almost every day around local parks and our neighborhood to get some exercise, enjoy the fresh air, and meet our neighbors

Sports - whether we are listening to the game on the radio while enjoying a summer evening, or watching live at the stadium, we love to cheer on Minnesota sports teams, including the Twins, Wild, Timberwolves, Vikings, and more!
Our Future

Home - we plan on staying close in this area. Our family lives nearby and we like it!

Foster care - In early 2026, we closed our foster care license so we can focus on preparing our home and growing our family through adoption.

Adoption - We welcome openness in our adoption plan, and are willing to explore what level of openness is right for you, for us, and for the child. At the end of the day, we believe we are called to be parents and want what is best for the child!
